På vår camping behöver du ha ett giltigt Camping-ID då vi är medlemmar i SCR
Du aktiverar ditt kostnadsfria Camping-ID direkt i appen My Camping Key.
Där kan du också uppgradera till förmånskortet Camping Key Europe.
För att göra en bokning/ingå avtal hos oss krävs att du är minst 18 år gammal.
Bokning
När du bokar online sker full betalning vid bokningstillfället.
För alla bokningar gjorda via telefon och e-post tillkommer en avgift på 150 SEK. Bokar du online bjuder vi på denna avgift.
Din bokning är bindande när den är bekräftad skriftligt. OBS! Ingen återbetalning sker vid ändring eller avbokning.
Vill du ha möjlighet att kunna avboka eller göra ändringar rekommenderar vi att köpa avbokningsskydd för 295 SEK.
Avbokningsskydd
Vid avbokning återbetalas du enligt nedan:
Avbokning som sker innan klockan 15.00, dagen innan ankomst återbetalas med 100%.
Avbokning som sker senare än klockan 15.00, dagen innan ankomst återbetalas ej.
Kostnad för avbokningsskyddet återbetalas ej.
Stugan ska städas enligt uppsatta instruktioner. Är städning ej genomfört debiteras en städavgift enligt taxa.
Avresestädning går att förbeställa online vid bokningstillfället eller i receptionen senast dagen före utcheckning.
At our campsite, a valid Camping ID is required, as we are members of SCR (Swedish Camping Association).
You can activate your free Camping ID directly in the My Camping Key app.
In the app, you may also upgrade to the Camping Key Europe benefits card.
To make a booking or enter into an agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years of age.
When booking online, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For all bookings made by phone or email, an administrative fee of SEK 150 applies. This fee is waived for online bookings.
Your booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing.
Please note: No refunds are issued in the event of changes or cancellations.
If you would like the option to cancel or amend your booking, we recommend purchasing cancellation protection for SEK 295.
In the event of cancellation, refunds are issued as follows:
Cancellations made before 3:00 PM on the day prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the day prior to arrival are non-refundable.
The fee for the cancellation protection is non-refundable.
The cabin must be cleaned in accordance with the posted cleaning instructions.
If cleaning has not been completed, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the applicable rate.
Departure cleaning can be pre-booked online at the time of booking or at the reception no later than the day before check-out.
